About our office Fastighetsbyrån has been present on the island since 2013 and the business operates throughout the entire island of Gran Canaria, from Las Palmas in the north to Playa del Ingles in the south. The office is located in San Agustin and will soon open a newly refurbished premises at Rocas Rojas, next to the hospital.
Johanna, Sandra and Jennie are the franchisees who are managing the office in Gran Canaria. They have all lived on the island for over 17 years.

As a property finder, you will have many different and challenging tasks. Above all, in your role, you must find new sellers and deal with existing ones. You will have the opportunity to be creative and try new ways of working. Examples of how to find new home sellers could be knocking on doors, following up on housing advertisements, properties displaying “for sale signs” or on platforms like Idealista and Fotocasa. Networking with locals will benefit you in your work, in your role hunting for properties.
From the first visit the image of Fastighetsbyrån and our services are incredibly important. You will have a good knowledge of prices in different areas.
Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that Fastighetsbyrån is the obvious choice for those who are going to sell their private home.
Having experience in photography is an advantage.
Language requirements Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written is essential. Swedish is an advantage. If you are also fluent in German that is an extra big plus.
