For the past 11 years Fastighetsbyrån has helped thousands of Swedes find their holiday dream here in Spain. The Costa Blanca coast in particular has become one of our most sought-after areas and therefore we are now establishing additional offices along the coast.
The area that you will be working in is Marina-Alta, which is located north of Altea and extends all the way up past the holiday gem of Calpe to beautiful Denia. Over 50 km of coastline, including well known resorts such as Moraira and Javea. On a coast that is constantly evolving and developing with new buildings and areas, we know that all the right conditions for success are there.
Northern Alicante attracts Scandinavians as well as British, Dutch, French, Belgians and Americans. There is great demand here all year round and with the help of Fastighetsbyrån, which is the largest Swedish broker in Spain, you get a strong business concept, a frequently visited website and a steady flow of buyers who want to invest in Spain.
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, socially competent, and good at networking. You should be passionate about sales and are driven by creating long-term relationships. We believe that you should be used to working both independently and in a team. Together as a team we work to achieve the best results. If you are ambitious, organised and trustworthy - then this is the job for you!
As a property finder, you will have many different and challenging tasks. Above all, in your role, you must find new sellers and deal with existing ones. You will have the opportunity to be creative and try new ways of working. Examples of how to find new home sellers could be knocking on doors, following up on housing advertisements, properties displaying “for sale signs” or on platforms like Idealista and Fotocasa. Networking with locals will benefit you in your work, in your role hunting for properties.
From the first visit the image of Fastighetsbyrån and our services are incredibly important. You will have a good knowledge of prices in different areas.
Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that Fastighetsbyrån is the obvious choice for those who are going to sell their private home.
If you already live in the Denia region and have experience with the Spanish system, that's a plus.
Having experience in photography is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written is essential. Swedish is an advantage. If you are fluent in any other language that is of course an advantage.
