The area that you will be working in is Marina-Alta, which is located north of Altea and extends all the way up past the holiday gem of Calpe to beautiful Denia. Over 50 km of coastline, including well known resorts such as Moraira and Javea. On a coast that is constantly evolving and developing with new buildings and areas, we know that all the right conditions for success are there.

Northern Alicante attracts Scandinavians as well as British, Dutch, French, Belgians and Americans. There is great demand here all year round and with the help of Fastighetsbyrån, which is the largest Swedish broker in Spain, you get a strong business concept, a frequently visited website and a steady flow of buyers who want to invest in Spain.
About you
You are motivated by having a lot to do, you exchange your results for freedom in the workplace and see your job more as a lifestyle. You run your sales as if the company were your own and have no problem showing homes both evenings and weekends.

You have a couple of years of experience in the real estate industry and speak Spanish and at least English fluently. You are social, have a competitive instinct and an ability to make a good impression with everyone you meet.

The job requires that you have:
• Driving license - car included in the service
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written is essential. Swedish is an advantage
• Flexible working hours, when the customer is available for a viewing, you need to be on site of the property
• Experience and great interest / training in sales
Language requirements
Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written is essential. Additional languages is an advantage. If you are fluent in any other language that is of course an advantage.
